Message	screw towards the edge I tried to take out at first, but It will never come all the way out as it is meant to aim the light. There are a few other screws you need to remove though. Once I got it open I laughed at what I had gotten myself into because the meatal on each side that holds the glare guard on is pretty thick and I cant see any pliers alone getting it, So I used a metal file to cut all through top side, then on bottom i just kept twisting it till it came off.
