Message	i just did such a professional job that it looks like it fits without modification. ;-p also, maybe the anodized finish added a few mm to the bottom of the brackets, so that it slightly raised it up. i've got tons of clearance over the manifold... it's not even close to touching anywhere. which part is almost rubbing for you?
