This may be a shot in the dark, but I've had a similar experience with aftermarket wheels on a E36 BMW 325i. If the AVS wheel is lug centric, it won't center itself on the hub automatically when you tighten the lugs. That will cause nasty vibrations if the wheel isn't centered. If your wheel is hub centric, make sure that you didn't lose the centering rings or the wheel will vibrate like hell also. This idea came to mind when you said the the problem started with recent tire replacements. Hope this helps. Perhaps others on the forum can add to this. Dean
