Message moves the turbo down and away from the block, if you dident use the spacer plate the compressor housing would hit the side of the block.

I know i wont get huge horsepower out of these turbos, but they will produce way more power than the stockers and were very cheap. I paid $350 for the pair. So they are better and cheaper than the stock turbos, thats why i went with them. Im an engineering student and broke as hell, but they will put my car well into the 12s and thats all the power i need right now.

Maybe in another 6 months ill buy some of the big Nismo turbos they put on the skylines since they will bolt right up with all my fabrications. But right now its just not in the budget.
