More than most times, there's so many people there for minor fractions that you just go in and plead or pay a reduced fine. If you plead not guilty then you get a date to see the man. Or you plead guilty with a reason, you still go see the man, but are looking for lessor charge or fine, or flat out say " F**k yea I did it, ya bastard " and pay the ticket right then. So if your looking to get out of it, go see the man. Either way if you go to court the fine is less, then if you where to plead guilty and mail it in.
