Message	Nothing can touch our Summers (all month of it). As for winter it RARELY snows unless you head one hour from Seattle into the Cascades and go skiing. Snow isnt nearly as good as Colorado in the closer ski areas but Go a little further (2-3 hrs.) and you'll find great skiing. Your a 6 hour drive from Whistler, 10 hours from Bamff. The rain is never hard it just drizzles ALL the time. Rarely ever thunder, We dont salt our roads so no rust for the Z. Hiking in the summer is amazing. Seafood Is cheap and plentifull!!! Starbucks and Tullys y the quads per corner. As for a good place to look for houses. Im in Woodinville And pretty much the whole eastide is great (eastside of lake Washington,Woodinville, Redmond, Bothell, Bellevue, Kirkland.) Your close to Seattle but out of the city. When I still lived with my parents we didnt lock our doors for the 15 years we lived in our last house. Not one burgulary in the area (hollywood hill). 15 minutes to microsoft. 20 minutes to Seattle. You can root for the Best team in baseball. But have to put up with the Seahawks dissapointments. Z sport in Everett (20 minutes) specializes in Z's and do great work. Along with Performance Lab in Kirkland. Only downsides to the area is Housing aint cheap. And TRAFFIC. If you avoid the freeways during rush hour and stay on the back roads it's avoidable except in Seattle. ZCCW is a active Z club with meets and drives monthly. Along with Pacific Raceway only 40 minutes away. Rambled a bit more than I thought but I'll live here my whole life and love it. Any questions or anything else feel free to shoot me an email. James
