Message before you offer it to others... run over curbs (suspension pieces see the highest load under these conditions) and check if it holds. Check if loosening/tightening the bolts multiple times fatigues the threads and bolts. You do not want the arms to collapse in use and kill someone...

We looked into the slip-box design earlier, its much cheaper to make since there is little or no CNC machining involved. But our mech. engineer friend says the slip-box design won't hold, he took a look at the stock a-arms and pointed out that they are stitch welded for strength, very expensive to do as far as manufacturing goes, which means the front a-arms have to be able to take really big loads. Real life experiences of other tt.net members also says the slip-box design won't hold...

Not trying to be negative here Ash, just pointing out some of reasons we went with the Midori type design. I personally look forward to some of your other products, like your Zemulator...
