Message	I am saying don't let things get so far out of hand that they have to start posting on 2 different forums to try and get a hold of you. I know you don't like being called out in public it embrasses you of which you don't like which is understandable. My point is take care of those customers so we don't have to hear them bitching here on the forum. Its a problem between you two not the entire forum.
