Message	Not really sure which year it started, but I think it was the 98+ had 5 valves instead of 4 per cylinder. I believe it had about 15 more hp. The torque curves on the A4 1.8T's are impressive, I drove one last july. I wasn't racing it, but I wasn't babying it either. The car really suprised me. A substantialy more torquie (word?) feel than the VR6 Jetta I just drove. They also opperate at a moderate boost level, so it's not like a stage X TTZ. Just my opinion. Oh yeah, and if you go Audi, you better get quattro.
