Message	Stillen has terrible business practice as far as I'm concerned. But IMO the reason these companies like Stillen, JWT, etc have resellers is simple: exposure. They have more people pushing their products than they alone can handle. Sure they make less on a sale to a vendor but the volume more than makes up for it.
