Message	most budget cuts were made to funnel more money into programs that are most important...ie defense spending, clinton cut the guts out of the DOD, NSA, CIA, etc... the military and intelligence community is struggling, read the annual reports from some of the Govt. agencies and Depts. such as the Annual report for the airforce from last year. If you want some good fuel cell info, check out MIT's magazine Technology Review[i think, i don't have one in front of me] they had a really great thing about them a couple months ago, we didn't go from the invention of the gasoline engine to having a Texaco on every corner in just a few years though...it will take time for the technology to go from a fuel cell that powers a building and is the size of a dumpster, to having a useful mobile application and infrastructure to support it i gotta get me one of these...
