and the trespassing bit? Heh, all he would have to say is "my car is in there and I was stopping by to see if someone was here to give me a status update." ANY cop would be instantly defused. If they are jacking him around and it has been 4 weeks longer than it should have taken, I dont think he is out of line at all for persuing the retrieval of his car or finding out what the status is first hand.

: I mean put yourself in his shoes think how you would feel? : If you are so worried about tell him you are picking it up and taking it somewhere else. : Else take a chill pill :-) And go and talk to him explain to him how you were out of line and and apologize for your jumping to conclusions and ask for the status of the car and if was possible for you to see to put your mind at ease. :
