Message	it doesn't matter how they think it should be fixed, you take it to the best body shop in town and sit down with them and have them write the estimate, get a lawyer if you have to but you tell them this is who does my work. PERIOD, I will not accept anything less than 100% quality work. A good shop could possibly fix those panels but it is their decision how the damage should be fixed they are the experts !!! the insurance people are not the experts.
