Message His car was in "Show" condition and under a State Farm policy. They are trying everyway they can to screw him. He has all receipts, copies of other car's bill of sale in equal condition and an appraisal showing actual real value. They are trying to pay off without following the written rules in the policy. After working with State Farm, I will never sign a policy with them. If you have a daily driver in average condition, you may be OK. Hope you never get in an accident with another State Farm policy holder--you're both screwed.
