I hope this reaches some of you before it gets deleated, but it needs to be said one way or another. My experience with Capital one has been nothing but a hassel, i know you might see their Commercials for the capital one No hassel card, but thats just what it is, a friggen hassel. I have gotten screwed by this company for the last time, i should have known better because they did the exact same thing with my sister. She fought them for 6 months trying to get the incorrect fees taken off her credit card, but ended up just having to pay them and all the interest she received. It looks like im going to have to do the same thing. After I send out this bill express mail with a delivery confermation, i will be canceling my account with them. Anyone have the same experience? And do you have any suggestions for a new company? I just applied for the SAE Internationl Platinum card sponsered by MBNA America Bank. THey make dontations to SAE(Society of Automotive Engineers) with every purchace.
