Message But since owning my Z32, I've become more of a Nissan fan, I think due to being exposed to Nissan related stuff. As far as a 'Z' fan...I don't know. ZCON was really my first major exposure to Z's other than the Z32. When I actually got to meet a lot of their owners and look closely at their cars. I liked them and respected what they did in their time, but they just don't do it for me like the Z32. And I found myself getting bored when that guy at Round Rock was droning on about the history of the Z car.

I've always loved the Z32 for it's looks and power. Now that I own one, I love it for the way it drives, the respect it gets, and how much fun it is. But I've also realized that I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Nissan.

But Damon is right, and 'Mad' Mike never hesitated to point out, that Z32 owners are different from the other Z car owners. I think it's because the Z32 is so dramatically different from the other Z cars that it caters to a different buyer.

I do know this...the Z32 owners had the most fun at ZCON! :-)

Eventually the boy-racers will grow out of the "I'll kick your ass if your stageX TT sucks the doors off my CRX with clear tails" and start to appreciate things in a different way.... - SilverZboy(Ohio) 23:53:47 11/16/01

"The shortest distance between point A and point B is a straight line. However, ask any car enthusiast to plot the same route and it is never as simple as connecting the two dots with a straight edge. We hunt for spaghetti-noodle paths with the most twists and turns. Never mind how fast we need to reach our destination. Yes a car's ability to accelerate quickly and reach a blistering top speed are desireable. But it is the vehicle's handling dynamics, it's ability to drive swiftly through various corners, that make for a complete and exhilerating driving experience."
