Five different mods, each distinct, each adding it`s own to more HP. That is about as accurate as it gets. Stillen and SGP don`t even agree on what makes a stage. What makes building a hot rod fun is that we are free to do it however we choose. We are more than a bunch of sheep that simply follow each other. My point was that mustangs are a faster car given the same money. As a matter of fact, a mustang holds the record for pro stock. Steve Grebek(now deceased due to an accident in March) ran a 6.65 at ennis raceway last year and I was there for the pass.Got it on video, even. I love my Z, but if I were building a drag car I would have bought a 92 LX coupe. Oh yeah, I had one that ran a 10.40. There are VERY few of us here that could afford to build a 10 second Z. I drive my Z because I love the car. I would love to get it into the low 11`s but I`m not holding my breath. there are two fundamental problems with having a Z that fast: the IRS and the fact that the Z32 is a porky son of a gun! I give all my mustang buddies a bunch of shit as well as they give it to me. We just have fun.That`s what car enthusiasts are motivated by, right?
