Message	bother with the center panel. Also it looks like when they added the aftermarket wing they didnt bother w. the decals for the third brake light. Just looking at the engine bay and how dirty it is I find it hard to believe its that new. I agree with Harry its a 93 at best, interior shots would about confirm it. I think your friend got taken.
