I ran 531.9/491.1 SAE at 1.3 kg/cm2 - car will not boost higher on the dyno due to no load. Need stronger springs in wastegates to hold boost. Works fine on the street with a load - boosts to 1.75 just fine. This, btw, is the same as my 1.3 kg/cm2 pump gas run back in March of 533.8/482.0 SAE. The most we could get out of the car on the stock wastegate springs on race gas was 1.5 kg/cm2, which resulted in 566.6/544.8 SAE. I just dug up the charts Sunday. The fuel curve actually is a little richer now (tuned a bit on this past dyno day). Brooks did quite a bit of tuning on the AVC-R, which resulted in a much smoother power curve and 519.x HP/512.x TQ at 1.75 kg/cm2 on race gas. Very clean 96 TT converted to OBDI with sport 600s with cams on a stock-spec bottom end. Greg F. will likely be in this range. Very strong running car indeed. Greg D. did two runs and, as everyone noted, it was extremely hot and humid. There was one carpet fan in the whole joint, and heat soak was an issue. Greg did 536.x/489.x at about 1.3 kg/cm2 with spray, I believe. He is running an automatic transmission. -Mike
