I had the oppurtunity to meet many of our japanese bretheren at zcon, and had honor of giving rides in my stock tt on the freeway and on the autocross.
anyway, on the ride from the hotel to the race track, (or vice-versus), my friend Yuji was describing his instrument cluster. from the best i can tell of our conversation, it seems that he put in autometer boost and AF gauges beside the speedo and rpm.
 No, I never asked him about fuel level or engine temp sensors, but it's just kinda neat to be different.
fwiw; it's a bored and stroked NA putting over 300 rwhp to the ground (i think 430 bhp on the naws)
I love the inginuity they have. They do things for purpose, more so then looks, or so it seems.
