Message the fuel pump is fine. The car starts with an outside power source but they said it won't start when they use the car's own "power". Pump modulator/controller is not the fuel pump regulator, right? Also how easy is it to replace the fuel modulator/ controller? Is it like putting the JWT ecu in place. JUst unscrew and be done in a few minutes? How can these go bad? Maybe installing a turbo timer incorrectly, causing a short or a ground? I don't have the Z with me so I can't visualize. Thanks for the help.
