Message	Did some research into WV state law, you are technically correct on both counts. However, I'd be willing to bet that you'd go to jail, more often than not. It really wasn't my intention to get into a debate over this, though. I think that this kind of behavior gets a lot of innocent people hurt or killed. If you want to drive like a maniac, take it to a track (I do!)!!
