Message	and sold items before and users mark them as an honest seller then they have two things to go by. One: How long the users has been around. Two: what kind of rating he has. Then people can decide using both ratings and time on forum to decide if they want to buy. It will never be perfect you can just try and do the best that you can to help. : seems impractical
