first off I have been at this all day today. I first tried getting it of with a 22mm crows foot, all I can say is what a bitch. I couldn't budge it then I put a breaker bar on the end of the wrench and it started to strip out the o2 sensor. so after three trys of that I quit before it was to far gone. next I try finding a removal tool like the one in tech and I can't find anyone around here that sells snap on so I would have to order it of the net for $26. dam! then I call around to see how much it would cost a shop to slap one on for me. They won't lend me there tools not even for $$$ and they won't put on any "brought in the door" parts. since I have the part already. best part: I call the dealer that I had my car at before when they did the recall and some diagnostics for me(wasn't much) just a couple weeks ago. guy says oh yeah I remember that car how is it runing? I am like: ok just wanted to see if you could slap in an o2 sensor for me today. he asks his mechanic (who I can only imagine is sitting there with his thumb in his butt doing nothing all day) how long it would take to change it out. he says is it a twin turbo. yeah....oh about an hour and a half. WTF??? and the guys says well the engine light would have to be reset also on our consult. I was like, you mean reset the computer, I can do that on my own. but he said he would do it for free because he remembered me or some crap. and the total comes to $113 to change out the o2 sensor that I already have. AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!! I guess I will just order the stupid snap on part to do it my self. because this will probably not be the last time I'll have to change one
