I sold my sweet looking (but heavy) AVS rims so that I could get the so-so looking (but oh so light) TE-37's. That resulted in an 8-10 pound difference from each of my wheel/tires. And if you believe that 1 pound of unsprung rotational mass = 8 pounds of sprung weight, then I took off about 320 pounds from my car! Believe me, it was a very noticeable difference (and this is on TOP of the lightweight flywheel and carbon fiber driveshaft that I already had on the car).
