Message	you're going to get some odd vortices and low/high pressure zones which will negatively impact the ability of that intercooler to perform it's function. I guess this stems partly from the fixed inlet/outlet points, but more flow visualization studies should have shown you that this design is going to be sub-optimal. sorry.
