Ok, first of all what he did is not entrapment. If he had asked you if you wanted to race that would be entrapment but pulling up and revving his engine would not fly for what you are talking about. Unfortunatly there is little you can do at this point. If I were you, I would go to court. You don't have to have a lawyer to go not guilty on a case like this. Basically you would just have to explain to the DA what happened and it will probably be dismissed, worst case would be that you would lose and have to pay the fine. In case this does happen to anyone else, here is what you do. If it is the same kind of situation where the car is doing things riding your ass and generally being and asshole and you get stopped for something weak like driving too slow. Sometime during the traffic stop tell the officer that you want a Sergeant to come out to the scene. In my department once you make that request, one has to be dispatched. Explain to the sergeant what the vehicle was doing and say that you slowed down so the car would go around you and leave you alone. All of that conversation will more than likely be taped so stay calm and polite. You can then request that the tape be brought to court so the judge can hear what happened. It's not full proof, but better than just taking it or trying to go with the entrapment route. Hope this helps.
