Message	In Virginia, it is a reckless driving ticket to drive more than 20mph UNDER the posted speedlimit. If you ARE doing so, you must drive with your hazards on. And also, when driving with your hazards on, you're not allowed to drive OVER 35mph. That's just how it is in Virginia. I agree the setup sucked ass, and cant_z_me should most definitely fight it, but you have to be careful of that stuff.
