Message	you over file another one. This adds to your case against them. Document all of these current encounters,badge numbers, names, ect.Then file a lawsuit against the city and county. Your smart make it a DIY job, no lawyer. Soon they will get the point and not pull you over. They will even be scared to mess with you if they know you will file a complaint if its BS. Good luck man.
