Message I've been out to our local DynoJet twice in the last month to watch a few of my friends with Supra's put out numbers.
I've seen "TRUE" BPU Supra's mostly dyno in the 380rwhp range. By true BPU I mean mods including:
-Boost Cut Controller ($95)
-Free Boost Mod or Boost Controller @ ~18psi ($0 - $500)
-Downpipe ($300)
-Exhaust ($400 - $1200)
I believe the two Supra's in the 380rwhp range also had dropin K&N filter elements, although that is not a requirment to meet BPU levels.

Two of my friends have also made over 400rwhp, below is one dyno sheet and a list of mods corresponding to that sheet.

K&N filter
Greddy exhaust
Rod Millen downpipe
HKS exhaust cam gear (set at -4°)
Hallman boost controller
Aquamist Water Injection System
Apexi Super AFC (old style)
Apexi ITC
So this setup is basically BPU + a dropin filter, Cam Gear and Aquamist, with a couple tuning devices. At that current setup this car ran 11.5 @ 122.43mph

This particular car has now added a Greddy FMIC and a 50shot of Nitrous and has made 469.6hp and 516.9ft/lbs tq. A run at the track with these addition mods will come in the weather cools down.
