Message I went to install my new suspension this evening (kyb agx and ground control coil overs) and found that the rear springs they sent are 8" and not 7", so now i can only do the front springs this weekend. So i start working on the fronts and when i test fit the threaded sleeve onto the strut it doesnt line up quite right. Either the KYB's have a different spring perch angle than stock, or the GC's were cut at the wrong angle. So i ground down the bottom of the sleeve so that it fit properly and then assembled it all. I am about to put it back on the car now. Has anyone else had trouble like this with Ground Control?
I know Scott(ZofNC) also was sent the wrong springs. You would think this kind of thing would be bad for business/reputation.
I guess i am going to have to call Phuong to see about getting the correct rear springs sent.
Thanks for listening to me bitch and moan. I needed to vent, and i thought it might serve as a warning to others so they know what obstacles may await them if they go GC.

**JRH's Forum Integration Procedure**
A precedent has been set. The General forum is NOT Sesame Street. Everyone is not required to have the same opinion as you or to shower you with praise. The General forum exists to discuss subjective aspects of the Z32. Your first assignment, kiddies, is to go look up the word 'subjective'. Know that word and love that word. We aren't your coddling parents in the General forum. We don't love you or your car unconditionally. It's not hard to integrate yourself into the good graces of General forum. It's like quicksand. The more you fight it, the worse off you are. If someone says something that you don't like, you have two choices. First, you can just let it go and practice not saying stupid things in the future. Second, and the best option, is to provide an intelligent counter-argument to bolster your beliefs. If you can master this, you will become a successful member of twinturbo.net Good luck.

One should also attempt to exhibit a modicum of courtesy and tolerance for others, but this is by no means a mandate, and hence one should accept criticism and/or harassment with a "stiff upper lip" and take that which is dished out. This means no whining and no idiotic flaming of those that have come down on you. Not everyone shares your opinions, or even respects them. Be a man (or woman, if that is the case). Have some self respect. Act like an adult.
