Message theoretical on/ if you think just about the crank, comparing a 25lb wheel to a 12lb wheel, with the same power turning both, then the 12lb wheel will accelerate faster. the flywheel would give more gains than the UD pulley and driveshaft, relative to rotational mass, because it has a larger diameter. /theoretical off
sure it may not be alot compared to the chip upgrade, but it does add some speed
that also shows the fact that losing the rotational mass changes the way you launch, because you need to compensate for less rotating mass with more power from the pedal. its tricky because as soon as you engage the clutch, you need to give it more gas to keep the driveline from droping your revs
and every time you shift, you need to keep your revs up, because they will drop fast.

yeah, it was expensive, but whats money good for anyway
and gutting the pre-cats, or better yet, getting DPs, will help the turbos spool faster, which is good :)
