There were about 85k Z's produced in the the U.S. between 90 and 96. While there were only about 11.2k Supras produced in the U.S. between 93 and 98. Supras are very very hard to find and it most cases, you will need to go out of state to find one. Since they are so rare, they have a high resell value and thats why they are so expensive. In terms of reliability, Toyota has always been more reliable than Nissan. However, Toyota and Nissan are probably the two most reliable Japanese car manufacturers in this country. I have heard a lot of ZTT owners say that contrary to the common belief, they have not had many problems. The Supra TT may be a little be more reliable but compared to its price, I don't think you will save that much money in maintanence cost by paying $25k for a Supra. The biggest advantage I see in my mind that the Supra has over the Z is that it is much easier and cost less to mod. If you want a Supra TT, its wise to buy one with low mileage and because of that, you will be paying through the roof. You should only buy the Supra TT because you want one, not because it will save you money for maintanence which it wont. Rock on, BlueThunderZ
