So I just get back from Sears Point and hoping that I can get into "low" thirteens became more of a distant dream. I am "hoping" to blame this on my new (heavy arse AVS) rims, either that or I suck nuts. Do guys think that the rims might have some effect or know of other people that have suffered similar experiences. Also, I went from the stock 16" rims to 18" coupled with shitty tires may have contributed to this. They track wasn't all that great and I spun all the way through 2nd the first run and the second, I bogged pretty bad. How the hell do you launch 18's??? My times are as follows: Stage 1 Reac .70 60' 2.1 ET 13.99 MPH 99.8 Stage 3 Reac .86 run 1 60' 2.55 ET 14.5 MPH 104 Reac .78 run 2 60' 2.54 ET 14.4 MPH 105 My MPH are also not as high as they should be, could this also be becuase of the rims? Anyone wanna buy some AVS rims??? :)
