Message	First off UPS is the main problem. They charge outrageous brokerage fees. (min 25cnd fee plus applicable taxes) The brokerage fees apply if you send items to the US from Canada too all items coming into Ontario canada are subject to 15% tax. (ripoff, damn government) the only way around this is if the item is under 60cnd and marked as a gift. best way to ship items from the US to Canada is US Post cheapest and most reliable. (I have sent/received 100s and 100s of items this way and have lost any yet) Dont have the buyer refuse the shippment just have them tell UPS delivery guy that new paper work is being filled out. Call UPS and tell them you put wrong value on item and UPS will get you to fax new paper work to them with the new value and such.
