Message	car pricing web site that compensates for your region. If that car were in excellent condition it would bring approx 5k here in Dallas. I recently bought a black '91 SE from the original owner in Austin for 4.3k with 169k miles and I got a great car. If you are lucky and the owner has all the documentation detailing service, mainly timing belt replacement every 80k miles, then it's probably cool. Also, pay close attention to inner and outer CV boots/joints, and the seals and boots on the steering rack. Good luck!
