Message	Moment of inertia of pulley, Ix = (md^2)/8. with no change in d and a little reduction of m, Ix doesn't reduce significantly. However, much Ix can be reduced if d is reduced. There'll be some gain, but not significant like the UD pulley. Too bad it doesn't have damper effect.
