Message	Why dump money each month into something you don't own? Forget a house. Even a condo, or SOMETHING that you own outright is more worth it even if you turn around and sell it in a year or two. At least it's money going to something you own, not to someone else's pocket. In your case, you say you have more than enough for the future and that's great, but it's still throwing away money really.
