I picked up my Z from Daniels garage last night. Problem was the exhuast manifold gasket. After hours and hours of trying to decide if we should pull the engine, we finally decided on leaving it in and tightening the gasket. It was a SUPER tight fit. Getting a wrench up there was might near impossible. After lots of scrapes and a little blood we did it with out pulling the engine. After sitting for a month, it cranked up just fine. I'm waiting on an oil change and some new plugs before I really start to play around with her again. I want to make sure everythings running AOK before i risk anything. But, with the nice cold weather last night my turbos had some much needed exercise. It's far from being perfect though. I still need to fix that eye sore on the rear 1/4 panel. Which also means i need to replace the rear bumper. so i'll be looking for some aftermarket options pretty soon. HAHA, and just to piss off you dial-up guys try these mecha-scott sized pics...
