I was just looking back at some of your old posts and am I right to assume that your cooling problems surfaced after installing the polished plenum? If so, here are the two things to check out. 1. You mentioned doing the throttle coolant hose bypass procedure, You may want to recheck that the hoses are bypassed correctly. It's a long shot but heck it's worth a shot. Try returning to the factory throttle coolant set up and see if the overheating issue is resolved. 2. You wrote in a post a long while back about electrolysis. Is it possible that a grounding wire to the plenum or any other part of the work you did at that time was not reconnected? That may be another possibility. Here is a link below to what you wrote: [ http://www.twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=general&msg_id=364554&words=seedyrom::heater ] Anyhow, these might not make sense at all and it might help. I'm just going by the assumption that your overheating woes occured after doing the polished plenum and various other work to the car recently. If that is the case then you basically have to retrace the steps and see what went wrong or what was missing from the equation. Longs shots but let us know how it goes. Oh and another thing.... your gargantuan tranny cooler. I remember seeing pics of your install process some years back. Another possibility is that fins may have become blocked from lots of the dirt/dust collecting there over the years? Might be preventing proper airflow to the radiator with the crap lodged in the fins.... who knows.
