Message true bolt-in is very nice. Personally though, am not sure if it is worth the extra $150. I'd rather put that extra $$$ towards an Al. driveshaft or something else and just fab the install of the Griffin with a custom made fiberglass shroud.. But that's just me and I trust my skills. I think wildboy feels like the HOWe radiator they are selling (well, HOWe core and fabricated endtanks, pipes, etc) was getting stepped on. :) Of course, the thred header was somewhat leading in that direction, I never said that their radiator was bogus, just that I found one and thought that $200 was a good deal vs. the $400 I have heard a HOWe going for.

: Since you haven't seen one and mentioned it in the post, I feel like I should explain what it's all about.
: They are 55mm thick direct replacement radiators. They have fully polished end tanks and are made from aircraft quality aluminum and heliarc welded, cores are NOCOLOK-brazed (no epoxy). They fit the Z with no modifications of any sort (to hoses, mounts, fan shroud, etc). They also retain the stock breather for ease of adding coolant without the hassle of air bubbles and such. Just like stock, they rarely ever leak out of that part...but you can always use a sealer on the bolt if going "all out race". It also features an 18 month warranty.

: However, they are pricey. They run around $350 and are not quite as large as the Howe but are huge in their own right. You can also opt for some options on the Howe like the Temp sensor and such which is nice. Each one has it's strong points and both are great radiators. Also, if the Howe shares any of the features I missed, let people know...I don't want to short-change it when it's a great radiator as well.
