Message first off, the states has great drivers. you sir are a complete fucking moron. if you do some research in the 1990's south korea had the #1 fatality rate in the world. they put an average of 20,000 cars on the road each day. they did not mass produce cars until the late 80's. so at the time i was there they had been driving for only 7 or so years. this also was in a place that had 20 million ppl in the size of the state of IL. thats rather small. traffic here is nothing comparitive. hong kong, japan, new zealand...mexico..bla bla bla. you can NOT say the states has terriable drivers. the only place i would say that has better drivers would be GB. they actually use common sense unlike yourself.

so to answer your question yes i have lived in the worst driving country in the world and know just a little bit about crazy freaking drivers. crazy taxi drivers were the rule is before 6am no traffic lights exsist. bus drivers will knock off the road because of the 'tonnage' rule. drifting around traffic circles at 3am with your drunk taxi driver is the norm. why do you think they put the decorated 'o shit' handles in the rear of the car. you sir do not know jack.
