that you were smart like some of us and read the forum a bit before jumping in blind with the first question that popped in your head. Thats what I did. Watched and read the forum for a couple weeks before my first post. So by that time I already knew to use search and FAQ for the small stuff. The initiation process is for those who need it and make it obvious that they do. Some will turn and run and think we are all a bunch of meanies. Some will bitch and moan but stick around as a lurker. And some will learn their lesson and learn how the forum works. Geez, it almost sounds complicated when it's put like that. I feel like I'm back in anthropology class discussing how societies work and develope, lol :)
