Message	Don't pay attention to him, her, him, or him. This one comes off as an a** but is ok once you get to know them. Don't spend too much time with this one, they're a bad influence. Etc... Like a family, we have winners and losers here. Don't judge us all by the ones with short tempers. At the same time, even jerks have a point once in a while. My advice: grow a thick skin, you often learn more by listening than via exposition, your use of FAQ and search will continue to serve you well. Welcome aboard. - John
