The injector kit(at least the one I bought) includes the injectors,rails and fittings. You would still need to get the injector O-rings and of course make the rails fit :)
As far as the HKS 2530 kit goes, you can get them for $3500 pretty much anywhere, those prices aren't very good at all.
Not sure what the ECU is exactly, unless it's a programmable stand-alone it's not a very good deal either.
That is an awesome oil cooler install, that gives me some ideas for when I get my FMIC.
