The lady who hit my girlfriend originally tried to claim that it wasn't her fault, she said she stoped for the light first and said my girlfriend didn't have her head lights on. Complete B.S. and she finaly admitted she was lying because the fireman will testify he had to reach in her car and turn her lights off, and half a dozen other witnesses saw her lights on too, and the force of impact would make it impossible for her to have stop. It's amazing, the lady causes so much pain for my girlfriend, then tried to blame it on her to avoid paying a higher premium insurance rate.
