Subject	After market oil cooler replacement, oil restrictor

Message	I am replacing my stock oil cooler with a one I bought from JC Whiteny. I noticed a oil restrictor line piece on the return line. Does anyone know why it is there? Do I need to incorporate that with new oil cooler? Mike
