Message	118mph is enough for high 11s. I hit many 12.0@114 with slipping clutch. So you should break into 11s. But please be careful. You know w/o 555cc inj's, you might be running too lean at high boost. That's why you got 117mph. I would definitely check the plugs for detonation. Also, at least get a fuel pressure regulator to raise the fuel pressure.
