perfectly in the opening for the dinky digital clock below above the shifter at the bottom of the dash console. I hate that little clock anyway, and am looking to install an analog unit elsewhere, so doing some measuring, realized the factory clock and HKS timer are the same size (1/4 DIN?) Since my stereo's color can be changed to blue and I already have a good indiglo blue instrument panel, I put the turbo timer in that opening from behind, fabricated a couple of el brackets to mount it with, dabbed on the contact cement and bingo, it all looks coordinated and like it came from the factory that way. I imagine boost controllers or anything else that size could mount there just as easily if you can live without the clock. My ride is a 1990, don't know how much that clock/opening changed over the years, but thought I'd share this for anyone else looking for a super-clean install idea.
