A nice bit of change to own! German cars are no different. Sure, you may have not had a problem with your last one but the above receipe spell money out of YOUR pocket. I've had mine for 5 years and am the 2nd owner and probably spent 2k so far for normal wear and tear stuff. I'm doing some wicked stuff to it know but, thats to be expected based on what I'm doing to her. I have a buddy who spent 1300 for major tranny work in one weekend on a 94 M3. The car drives good but again, its to be expected at times and he's the 3rd owner!
